Many times over the years I see where people get injured and find themselves with time on their hands, so they have taken up coin collecting. Isn't about time Tiger Woods gave up golf and started a nice coin collection?

I remember being laid up one summer with a broken foot. Coin collecting and my Sinclair ZX-81 were what kept me going.

In the rehab hospital for nearly a year, after my strokes, all I could do was flip nickels.
There was a lady, down the hall w/a slot machine in her room. They let her have one because she was never going home. Once I could manage a wheelchair, we were inseparable.

How about collecting coins, with golf themes on them?

Never played Golf. When I was layed up for a while from Cancer, I spent more time watching car shows on TV than working with coins.

When I play golf, I like to use small foreign coins as my ball markers on the greens. It gets people's attention and may even strike up a coin conversation.
