I looked at your image of the obv enlarged and couldn't find any trace of those diagonal background marks showing on the raised surfaces, so I suspect they might be die polishing marks.

The Rev shows a very impressive die crack extending across the entire coin.

I would suggest a value of $5 for the uncirculated coin + a premium for the broken die.
