Bothers me. A guy that sells tons of bullion, can't tell these are fake. Ravoli type plastic seal. I'm hungry for Italian food.

It has got so bad, I simply refuse to buy any silver bullion from anyone other than major retailers. There was one seller who sold thousands of fake silver bars like these. Only a few people left him negative, the rest simply didn't know they received fake silver bars.

Are poured bars less likely to be counterfeit?

With all the new technology, anything can be counterfeited.

It will come to a point when anybody seriously collecting coins or bullion will have to xrf analyze any metal.
