weerdsteev Pillar of the Community United States 1291 Posts	Posted 10/22/2016 2:01 pm I hate to reveal such a high degree of ignorance, but I'm cleaning house and came across this and have no idea what it is. Is it a token or a novelty? The reverse has the Buffalo and the year 2001. Nowhere does it mention anything about silver content, even though it sure looks like silver. It weighs .8 ounce when removed from the plastic sleeve. Thanks in advance...and please don't make fun of me...! Report this Post to the Staff

It you find it .. then check the weight. If it doesn't say it is silver .. could just be a novelity Report this Post to the Staff

The side not shown has the buffalo, the date (2001 - under the buffalo), United States of America, In God We Trust and E. Pluribus Unum. That's ALL. As I also mentioned, it weighs .8/oz, or 24 grams, if you prefer. Report this Post to the Staff
