I have the 31st and 34th editions. In the 31st edition they are all listed as copper nickel as Sap pointed out, however, they have been corrected in the 34th edition to brass.
The font on the 221.3, the one with a 1945 date listed, has a different shape 4. The top is closed. On mine and on the 221.2 the top is open. The 34th edition has photos of both coins. Also the date is rotated further clockwise around the coin, as is mine.
The last digit on my coin is definitely a 5. There is no ambiguity there.
I suspect that they have just missed the year out, for this km#. Is it worth letting them know? Especially since this is such a poor example.
Also I assumed they get their information directly from the mints involved and therefore would have been told about every coin. Otherwise where do they get the mintage figures from?
Mind you I suppose if they were given a mintage figure for 1945 but didn't know there were 2 different styles for that year they would not question it, unless an example shows up.
