Again, a very strong F15. Both coins you posted are very close to a VF In my opinion.

I agree with AgHoarder, both coins are oh so close to VF. Coins don't wear in discreet amounts, grading is of a continuum, there will be a point where a coin can be both F15 and VF20.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

That's a tough one but I think it is
closer to VF20 than F15
