. This is a 'magic' token used to promote some branch of sorcery. It is worth almost nothing since there are only a handful of collectors for these strange issues.

Back in the 30's and then in the 60/70's when devil worship was making a comeback. A lot of amulets(jewelry) were made some were mounted in bezels to wear on a chain, others were put into other type mounts. It is cheaply cast flash plated about the the only spelling I can make out is astante which is bystander in Italian. You didn't mention if the reverse is flat and blank or not. As been said it mostly would end up in the bargain box @ the local coin shop.

If you can look closer to the top of the goats head it says Lucifur and Rev. Nothing on the backside.

It is misspelled mostly it is spelled with an er not ur, Lavay and others in the satanic worship line use the er. The Rev can be anything or nothing from revision to Reverend. It is nothing more than fantasy piece. A cheaply low quality one at that.
There are thousands of fantasy magic pieces out there to promote games, movies,TV shows books with nonsensical lettering.
