I found this in a coin lot I received in the mail yesterday, and I noticed it has some weird white streaks on both sides. I am wondering if this is considered a woodie? Or if it is some type of PMD?

This looks like what is called a woody, or wood grain. this happens when the metal mixture is not correct, and produces those striations. making the coin look like a piece of wood.
