Hmmm, personally I think the reigning monarch should be on the $20. I think it's a tradition that should not be broken. I don't really see why the the average public would even care who's on it so I don't know why that is even being taken into consideration.

Why not just put a horse on the note for 'ole horse ears and his wife, old horse face?

They should replace all people with cuddly and majestic animals, preferably delicious game, and bring back the 1967 coinage sans monarchy.
