I'd leave well enough alone and not resubmit.

I would leave it in the holder for a couple of reasons.

First, it's in a green PCGS label holder. Some people prize that because they think that all of the coins with that label are conservatively graded. There is some truth to that, but it does not apply in all cases. At any rate, you would lose that label if you resubmitted it.

Second, over the years I had a lot of trouble with copper coins getting "body bags" in the old days, now "details" labels. I'm not 100% sure that the color of that piece is original. I'd leave it alone.

I had it as detail cleaned due to the washed out dull surfaces, large amount of gunk in the devices especially hair and headband, dirty halos around stars and blotchy color. I do not think it was harshly cleaned however and maybe the reason it got a straight grade. as billjones stated, I would not take this one out of the slab.
