Can this 10 centavos 1978 colombian coin be considered as a coin with the date overstrike or is anything else? ....it has also a die chip.Thanks a lot for your opinions

Looking at the die flow, I'd say it's very late die state -- that is a really worn die, so I think that the date is showing the result of die cracks or die chips.

It's not an error but it is kind of interesting to see.
