Can The Date In This Colombian Coin Be Considered As Been Overstrike ?

Buddy Rest in Peace United States 7075 Posts	Posted 11/06/2016 12:19 pm Looking at the die flow, I'd say it's very late die state -- that is a really worn die, so I think that the date is showing the result of die cracks or die chips.
