1986 Lincoln Cent On Wrong Metal?

It looks obviously darker and weighs 2.3-2.4g my scale isn't the best. But it also has faint lettering looks like an 8 on the bottom of the reverse . and the edge seems almost reeded ? But on the face of the coin. More the too of the rim not the actual edge

It looks to me like two spots of toning between the E of ONE and the C of CENT. That area doesn't appear to be raised.
