First impression is die clash. Anything on the reverse?

Here is an overlay:

Looks like an olive in front of the eye. That lines up. But there must have been some die damage on the upper hair area. A lot of isolated die abrasion left pattern near the hair area or a strong die dent in that area. Seems more like the last suggestion. Note the 'Y' is not weak like you would expect on the heavy abrasion. So I'm leaning to strong die dent. (dropped a die on this die) The hair is deeper into the die and would not be affected, just the fields.

It looks like there are some marks or raised areas between the B & E of LIBERTY too, but I can't see enough of the coin to tell for sure.
