Is there a book in either English or German, aside from the Krause catalogs, covering Dutch coins from c. 1579 to 1795? I need some detailed information such as when the date on the leuwendaalder (lion dollar) changed to the reverse side and when the edge design was added to the ducatoon (silver rider),
