I found this dime earlier today. What caught my eye was the missing numeral on the date,then the W was missing, But what I noticed last was the thing on the neck. I believe the first 2 things is just normal wear. PMD? Is that right? Thanks for looking and any and all advice is appreciated. Have a good one!

Probably the slightest touch of a Grease Fill in that area, especially on the last two digits on the date.
