Is this an RPM?
If so is it 002 or 010? Or another one?

My coin does have a hint of the spike at the base of the 9, so that leads me to think 002?

Looks more like the 002 to me, but, have you checked the markers for the 010 and 002?

The only hint of a marker is the one I mentioned: the spike at the end of the 9.

Other potential markers are too faint to be called a marker!

This ones tough. Leaning more towards the 002, but an overlay would be the best tool to make a decision

My experience using overlays is that they are not precise enough to distinguish something like this...but I can try!

The two dies do have different locations:
1954-S-LWC-RPM-Is-It-002-Or-010?-Or-Is-It-Not-An-RPM?
Your coin looks like a 002. Note on your overlay the difference in height is shown at the top edge of the dates. For the 010, you moved the image down to make it match the location. But on the image you can see the tops of the devices do not match.
