None of these were plated should be 100% nickel. We'll need an accurate weight.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

There was alot of die wear,cracks and chips in this series of quarters. Can't tell if it's just the lighting on the obverse pic,but it appears that there is a very large die chip in the maltese cross on the Queens crown.

Post Office or Outlet can weigh it for you if you ask nicely, after all they are the people's scales.

That's a light coin! 1999 quarters should be 5.05 g...

Weight can vary greatly, even with the intended planchets... the mint has coin weight specifications, but it also has an acceptable range for Weight Tolerances...
