1991 D Nickel Die Trails?

I'm kind of doubtful as to whether these are die trails on the obverse. The first thing that caught my eye was the spike coming out of his neck/collar area. What do you think? Also on the reverse there is an oval shaped area at the top of the coin that appears to be more frosted than shiny. I don't know what could have caused that. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I think those are die scratches not die trails.

I kind of figured as much. I've read a lot about them and the links coop posts are so helpful. But they sometimes sell similar looking coins on line and call it trail dies. So I just had to ask. Thanks
