Anyone Know About This Token/Medal? Possible Spirit Of 1776-1976 Medal?

I have this medal, almost looks like a Spirit of 1776-1976 medal but does have some differences, Flag, reverse, etc. Has anyone seen this or know any information on it? Any help is appreciated.
