Those are 10 Franc coins from Morocco. At the time, 1951 which is 1371 on the Islamic calendar, Morocco was a under French Mandate, though they had a King, Mohammed V. If memory serves, following the collapse of the Ottoman empire at the end of WWI the League of Nations assigned mandates to several of the North African (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) and Middle Eastern (Syria, Lebanon) countries to France. This year had a mintage of 40,000,000 and it is valued from 15c to $2 depending on the grade.
