Yawn . Yet another MSM politically correct puff piece. I am sure that any country using polymer bank notes has the same issue of the usage of tallow. Can always go back to paper notes ....... that would offend tree lovers. You just can't win!

As long as you don't swallow them, I'd think it would be okay. I mean dirt probably has a fair amount of animal fat as an ingredient. Does that mean you don't walk on the earth?

That is true. In my (much crueler) youth, my hobby was pointing out these transgressions to the vegans.
