I have a 2014 d Tennessee quarter with what might possibly be an error. There is a circle on the front that goes all the way around passing through united States of America and quarter dollar. I have not been able to find anything to compare to or come up with any kind of value. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

sorry to say, that looks like normal damage from a coin rolling machine, not an error.
