Hello. Trying to figure out the significance of the image on the front and the date on the back of this medallion. Can anyone tell me who this is?

It weighs 6 grams and is about 21 mm dia.
It possibly came through the family of Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna. Any information is appreciated.

First, welcome to CCF.

Second, there is nothing relevant in wikipedia, but maybe November 15th of that year was a special event? I do note that 1913 AD coincided with the 300th anniversary of Romanov Rule.
