I just recently found a 1969 S penny that has a reddish tinge to it. Does that mean anything?

That is natural toning. It just hasn't been circulated as much as other cents you are used to seeing.

Nice looking coin for a 47 year old circulation find!

To CCF , Yes, it means your Lincoln still has some red luster left from when it was first minted . Extremely common and worth 1 cent .
