I'm assuming Mint Damage as opposed to Post Mint Damage. Damaged at the mint prior to circulation and after striking? Is this correct?
Also, I do see what you're talking about under the nose, across the lips and under the chin. Not sure if that could be doubled or just lighting. I don't see obvious doubling anywhere else.

MD= Machine Doubling as apposed to Hub Doubling.

From the nose to under the chin looks like MD ( Machine Doubling).
