So I found this 1995-D in a roll. It is missing its edge. It is thinnerbut diameter s normal size. I dont have a scale but it feels lighter than normal.
Also is that doubling in the word UNITED?

It is damage. The copper got removed around the rim and now the zinc is rotting.
