This one has Me stumped. With all that's going on,with this coin,I thought it would be an easy one to VAM.It looks kinda like a VAM-44A,but not really (no reverse pic). Has a lot of clash marks like the reverse of the VAM-44B,but,again not quite the same.Any ideas? clashed lips clashed hair/cap date cap left wreath clash left lower over polishing mint mark right wreath clash below the eagles beak in the neck, back of the eagles head over to the wing, and under trust. clash under the wing, above the arrows.

Huh, kinda looks like a Dave700x favorite, VAM 2, at first glance but I don't think it quite matches. It does have a bearded eagle and flagged I rhough. When I get a second I'll try to mail it down if dave hasn't chimed in yet

Try VAM 25. There's little info on it but check to see if the doubling on your 3 matches the pic on the listing

As far as I can tell, there is no doubling on the three. The one's with doubling have a notch in the lower loop, straight down from the inside edge of the ball.Mine doesn't show this,or the 'lines' on the inside edge of the loops, indicating doubling. I can see that the eights may have doubling. They show at the lower left of both loops of the first eight, and just the lower loop of the second eight.

Leroy has seen this variety twice now that I know of an both times came back as VAM-1.

I've been referring to this one as "Chipped T" due to the diagonal spiked die chip at the base of the T in LIBERTY. Sounds a look cooler than just VAM-1, and it is a cool one.

Well,I guess VAM-1,"Chipped T",is as good as any other #. So VAM-1 it is. I just wished they would include a few more PUP's on some of these. Thanks for all of the help!
