Help With 1989 P Jefferson Doubled Die

I found this Jefferson nickel since for whatever reason it was on my list of coins to look for. I noticed that the "S" in "FIVE CENTS" on the reverse was raised compared to every letter, clearly seen on the picture below, and to me it seemed to be doubled die, but can't find any information on it. Could someone please help me identify if this is a variety, error or simply nothing.

Looks like that die has done it's duty for quite some time.

Also looks like some contact issue as the devices next to it are normal. So it may have taken a hit, just on that one device. If it were a doubled die, then all the devices in that area would be affected.
