I come across these 2 coins today and noticed that the date on the edge is lettering up on the obverse on one coin and lettering up on reverse on the other. I found a few more from this year and the same mint with the same question. I also noticed it appears there are two different fonts. Is this something or do they mint the edge whichever side up? Thanks in advance! Have a good one!

I think you'll find the same thing on all the pres. dollars.

Not an error but some people like to find one of each for their collections.
