just going through some coins my wife got from her fathers estate, been packing them around for 30 some odd years. don't know much about them except they are all from circulation Lots of British, U.S. and Canadian but they have their own forum , so here is the first world one

Yes, that is a die crack. It is minor enough that it would not add much, if any, value to the coin itself.
