Southern Yankee Pillar of the Community United States 891 Posts	Posted 03/23/2008 10:20 am This is from 4 schools. Started about 6am. I wanted to hit this one school before anyone else. I went to a local water front park yesterday and pulled out about $4.00 within 10 feet of one picnic table. I have yet to see another metal detctorist in my town, and no matter where I go I find plenty of stuff to dig. Report this Post to the Staff

I bet there is all kinds of stuff being lost from all the drunk college students. I actually thought about going to the beach but it's 2 1/2 hours from here. Not up to the drive. The schools are all closed for the week around here so I will just hit the ones around here. I hope you find tons of stuff if you decide to go. I wish I could say the same NG. There are quite a few people looking around here. I see them out every weekend when I go out looking. It's more or less a crap shoot here being the first one to look a spot.
