My 85cc in PCGS 64+ has a somewhat dark line in almost the exact same location as that one.

Somebody liked it as a 66 because that's pretty strong money these days for what is considered a common date Morgan. I have little problem with the grade but am surprised it went for that much money. Perhaps 65+ would be a better grade from what can be seen.
