First appears to be a denar from Hungary. Rudolph II? Second one, which looks to be billon, could be from 14th or 15th century Cyprus. Our local medieval guru Spence will likely be by to offer his opinion.

And, in case you somehow didn't figure it out earlier, the first one looks like an 1584 Hungarian denar.

@cerick, with a Maltese cross on one side and a lion rampant with that funky tail on the other side, I'm reminded of the coins of late 1300s to early 1400s Cyprus (and therefore agree with Bob's initial assessment). Here is a billon Catrzia that is pretty close to your coin:
