Needing thoughts on this coin as to it being a unlisted extra column or perhaps a die dent or something else.

Looks like die damage. The fields also include the bays on a coin. If looks like something damaged the die in that area that also shows on the next bay at the top. If it were an extra column, it would extend all the way down the bay.
