1995 P Dime, Die Chips And Inner Reeded Rim?

I just found this dime and was really interested in what looks like a inner reeded rim.Probably not,but it's something I haven't seen yet. Plus it has a few die chips. One on the nose that I have a few of. I'm calling them booger chips and will post in aq few days. But the reverse has a inner beveled rim across the dime.Except for where the red line is. All advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks for looking!

Looks like a collar clash on the obverse die.

I see the resemblance and thanks for that article. The ones depicted in that article appear to be upwards if that makes cents(LOL)! The ones on this coin are sideways.
