2014 D Roosevelt Dime "Dull" Or Matt Finish? Lamination Error

I have a 2014 D Roosevelt dime that is dull, or appears to be a matt finish. The coin shows almost no wear at all with Full torch, so does not appear to be due to circulation. Is there a recognized error involving lamination of the 2014 D Roosevelt dime? I did not include any photos as there is nothing to show other than "dull" and I am not a good enough photographer to make that show up. Thank you
