I'd try Brooklyn Gallery or something similar in the States for US coins. I think that the toonie is the same size (@30 mm) that a US half or Sacagawea/Susan Anthony dollars are. You can easily pick up 50 cent tubes at colonial acres but of course they will be 2mm off. If you are fanatic about a nice tight fit get the tubes meant for 1/2 ounce gold philharmonic. They are the exact same diameter as twoonies(28mm) but I've only ever seen the tubes in Europe(but you can order online) they are not cheap.

I do this too, but only for temporary storage. Judging from what I've seen, these containers are NOT archival and will leave a film on coins over time.
