I don't think it is a broadstrike as the reverse is normal. a bit MAD?

This is a typical double strike; second strike Off Center on top of a planchet. The doubling is what I coined Slide Doubling back in the 1990s in a series I wrote for my old Coin World column where I broked down (needle picked) Strike Doubling (aka Machine Doubling) into various subclassifications. I think my terms or at least some of them have become the standard for other needle picker such as myself. :)
