On the back most horse at the joining point of the back legs it looks like a decent size die chip.

Yep, I agree Die chip. This is only the second one I've on these Nevada State Quarters - guess the die's are working overtime and starting to break.

Nice die chip. I can think of a few names for this a name but I don't think they would be too family friendly.

That is a very decently sized die chip. It actually blocks out some of the details. I doubt its worth a large premium though.
