1969A $20.00 Plate Number Question

I have 2 bills in serial number sequence. The plate position number(B1), face plate number (B124)and the back plate number (119) are the same on both. Serial numbers are D74273451A and 52. Is this correct? I thought one of the plate numbers would be different.

I'm guessing they would be the same plates but its just a guess.
