Welcome to CCF Too bad it wasn't found before it got so heavily circulated. If I had to guess, I'd say between $150-$300.....maybe try ebay.

There is a collector (and no, I don't remember his name) who is searching for a specific run of mismatched serial #s.
When I posted that I had seen one at a coin show, he looked me up and called me at home on a Saturday to follow up.
In good condition, they sell for a sizable price. Not sure about this condition, but it might be worth having it certified.
