I posted this earlier today but cannot seem to find the post anywhere and I am curious about this one.

Besides the fact that it looks scary to me, it doesn't not look like post mint damage. On the reverse, the building looks more like a haunted mansion settings, IMO

Is this an error?

Obviously later die state, especially easy to see on the reverse. The obverse looks like someone trying to learn how to do a Hobo nickel, and failing.
