Not a woody,roller staining. The MM looks like a broken punch or just filled from being circulated.

Here is the information on the striped cents:
I978-Filled-D-Woody-Penny?
The mint mark has an issue with a broken post on the die that forms the center of the mint mark. When it breaks off, the center is not formed. This happens a lot so no premium for these.
