Help Me In Conducting An Experiment!

I think I finally thought of something that hasn't been thought of before! (Hopefully)
I am now conducting an experiment, which involves the USA, UK, and pretty much anyone else who wants to participate. Here's the experiment:
How long will it take 2017 U.S coins to get to certain places. First, we need at least one person from each state in the U.S. Then, anyone else is free to post here. Post when (day) you find the first P,D, and S mint U.S coins.
Please format posts as

I am from (country or state)
And I found a 2017 (denomination)
In circulation, on (date)
(Feel free to change up order, add comments, etc.)

I don't usually see ANY new coins until around June of the year that they're released. Let's see what you get!
