Looks OK to me, I know there are a LOT of fakes. Thoughts?

This is not a type I know much about, other than as you say there are a lot of fake examples out in the market. With that in mind I would pass on the coin. If you already bought it, I would recommend having David Sear certify it.

I love these, but it looks really weak. See my avatar, they are expensive perfect but they are normally deeply struck. Even if it is right (and I am not entirely sure either way) I would search Vcoins and put into cost/cheapest first... then try and see what sort of money you have to spend to get one a little more defined.

I did buy this one, because the dealer is one of my go to dealers and trustworthy, the coin was inexpensive and it was nicely centered. It looks nicer than it photographs, I do like the higher grade ones but the quantity of fakes keep me from spending much on these. Vcoins only has a few listed, and from the prices I certainly didnt over pay for this one.

Well if you trust the dealer and it was cheap you probably made a sound decision...

I thought about it some more and decided it got worn, maybe dropped in a river or handled plenty but the pitting all over is a sign of age and it's probably OK. I looked for another to recommend you but nothing jumped out as great value.
