Here is one of the very first coins that I ever added to my collection. How long ago was that? Well let's just say, I'm pretty sure that my grandfather found it in his pocket change and gave it to me.

Here is a Double Tournois from France dated 1615 AD. It was minted under the authority of King Louis XIII.

This is one not on the previous thread and one of the scarcer mint marks;a 1614 N-B Hungarian Denar under King Matthias II. Some of the copper has leached on to the surface,but gives it a nice color.
