1922 Italy 10 centesimi; bronze; 23 mm; mintage= 45,217,000:   This 'bee-on-flower' design is one of my all-time favorites. Not a rare coin by any standard, but somewhat tough in higher grades. Also, this particular example shows the strongest 'woodie' effect of any coin I own.

RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic), 50 Kopeks, 1922. The large 5 pointed star quickly became the symbol of communist Russia.
