So I have a quick question: can I make a topic all about my own coins and post on it? It would be titled: (My Personal Collection: mike9999999). If so, where would I do this? Is there a convenient system to do this in place already?
BTW: I expect this topic to be "moved", I just didn't know where to put it.

Sure. Make the title so you can find it again and keep posting in it. I made a thread about a dollar set I was working on and kept adding to it for more than a year.

this is the forum you'd use, assuming it's mostly Canadian stuff: http://goccf.com/f/32I've considered this too ad kind of a way to share and keep track of my purchases but I have decided I probably won't.
Feel free to call me Will.

If the topics are just informative, I don't see the moderators having a problem with it. Just follow the rules. Also, because you are under 250 posts, you can't use the post to sell your items.

There are websites that have checklists for entering your collection. For example, https://en.numista.com/index.php lets you enter what coin you have, the grade, the number of them that you own, etc It can be useful for when you can't remember if you already have a specific coin when you are out shopping.

Not there yet Spott, I just have a lot of nickels from the 30s-60s and a third of 'em are 1954.

If your collection spans many types from around the world, then here in the Main forum is fine.
However, if it is all Canadian, you may want to post it there.
