i cant even tell where on your coin - that closeup is located. obverse or reverse.

I think its above the IN looks like PMD to me

You can see where the dings dig into the surface of the metal and push them up and out, forming a ridge. This is, I'm sorry to say, another PMD. Why or what caused that odd ridge is hard to say. At first I thought it might be a "railroad track" from the edge of another coin, but it doesn't look like that either.
