Is This A Normal 1974-D LMC Large Date / Does This 1995-D LMC Count As A BIE

The title explains mostly what I am looking at. The 9 in the 1974 looks a little thicker than a normal 1974D Large date. The 1995D has what looks like the beginning of a BIE error at the base of the B. Thanks for the help.

Yes it is a 1974 large date. Their is a die chip on the LIBERTY of the 1995 cent.
